🌍 OUR VISION

The Indigenous General Construction Association (IGCA) was established to address the long-standing underrepresentation of indigenous contractors in Nigeria’s construction industry. Born out of the need to empower local professionals, IGCA was founded by a coalition of industry leaders who shared a common goal: to promote fairness, build capacity, and advocate for indigenous participation in both public and private sector projects.
Since its inception, IGCA has grown into a recognized platform for local contractors—offering training, policy advocacy, networking opportunities, and access to industry resources. The association continues to lead the charge for sustainable development driven by local talent, ensuring that Nigeria’s infrastructure is built by those who understand its people, terrain, and future.
